Job Description
  • Working closely with the Directors and the Sales team to formulate an effective marketing strategy, enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations
  • Working closely with the designing team to develop related marketing materials for the entire business module (showrooms, merchandise, packaging, advertising, corporate gifts etc.)
  • Working strategically to build the Brand, create brand awareness among the public, while making sure that brand guidelines are adhered to in all marketing/selling activities across the company.
  • Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
  • Carrying out competitor analysis to ensure the company’s marketing strategy is competing effectively.
  • R&D for business expansion both in terms of outlets & diversified product ranges
  • Reporting on all marketing activities to the Management on a regular basis as reports and managing the marketing budget
  • Completing various marketing projects at the request of the Management including other group companies
  • Representing the company at industry events and conferences whilst building on a system to promote our brand at trade shows and major industry related events
  • Engaging and acquiring new customers using various techniques and approaches within Oman
  • Devising appropriate marketing strategies to take the Al Obaidani brand to other GCC countries
  • Working closely with external advertising and design agencies and spearheading exciting and effective marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Reporting on campaign KPI’s and overall returns on investment.
  • Engaging with customers through the use of social media.
  • Keeping up to date with advances in social media technology and the latest social media platforms.
